How are you different from all the other treatments / remedy in the market?

However our professional team in Germany has formulated the perfect and ultimate blend of essential oils and natural ingredients that not only instantly relieves the itching, but also promote healing and generation of new cells. You will also be able to see visible results in less than a week. In certain cases, it may take a longer time.

Are there any side effects?

There are no side effects and our remedy will not cause any allergy as all our ingredients are 100% Natural. However, you may get a reaction if you are allergic to any of our ingredients.

I have severe case of Eczema / Psoriases which includes open wounds. Can I apply Rekonstrux's Remedy?

Yes, you may apply our remedies. For open wounds or weeping Eczema / Psoriasis, we recommend using Rekonstrux Eczema Relief Oil.

Is it suitable for Pregnant Woman, Breast Feeding Mothers, Children?

If you are Pregnant or breast feeding, we recommend using Rekonstrux Eczema Relief Oil. 

If your child is below the age of 12 months, mix 1 pump of Rekonstrux Eczema Relief Oil / Gel with 2 pumps of Olive Oil.



Basic Refund Policy

There are 2 types of items Rekonstrux sells, and all 2 have slightly different Refund Policies:

  • Retail Items: These have a 30-day refund guarantee. If you are not happy with the results or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
  • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.

These Terms of Trade incorporate the Terms of Use, the Rekonstrux Privacy Policy and any other legal notices on the website. By purchasing any product from this website you consent to these Terms of Trade. 

Definitions and Application 

1. In these Terms of Trade, "Rekonstrux" means Rekonstrux Pte Ltd trading as Rekonstrux, 'you' means the organisation or individual who is ordering product on the website, and the "Products" means the Rekonstrux products which may be ordered on the website. 

2. These Terms of Trade apply to any purchase of any Products by you from this website. 


The Delivery time will be: 
1. Rekonstrux will use reasonable endeavours to deliver orders from our warehouse in Singapore and will take these estimated times from the date the Order was submitted by you (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays):

  • United States / Europe: Within 10 - 14 working days
  • United Kingdom: Within 5 - 8 working days
  • Canada: Within 14 - 17 working days
  • Australia / New Zealand: Within 7 - 14 working days
  • Singapore: Within 3 - 5 working days
  • Rest of Asia: Within 10 - 14 working days

2. Customer is responsible to provide correct shipping address to ensure successful shipment delivery. Rekonstrux is not responsible for any undelivered shipment due to provision of incorrect shipping address. 


Only items purchased on the Rekonstrux website can be returned to rekonstrux.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. 

Should you make an error when ordering online, Rekonstrux will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. 

In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. All items must be returned to . The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to Rekonstrux.

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Rekonstrux will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. 

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for Rekonstrux to process any refund or exchange. Please email to help@rekonstrux.com.

Please retain your postal receipt from Post Office until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Rekonstrux. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. 

We will do our best to process returns within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

If Rekonstrux is delayed or hindered in or prevented from performing any of its obligations under any Order by reason of any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, Rekonstrux will have no liability to you in respect of such non-performance and the time for performing the same will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
