After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and delivery address.
Once the order has been fulfilled via Rekonstrux warehouse, you will receive an email update with a tracking number. No change request (i.e. shipping address / items) will be made once order has been fulfilled.
Fulfilment will take 1 - 2 business days.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you're checking the correct email address you used to purchase your item with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.
We offer free registered tracked shipping worldwide via DHL Air for all orders placed on Rekonstrux website.
Rekonstrux does not charge VAT, Taxes, and Delivery Duty Fees. Should there be any customs charges (VAT, Taxes and Delivery Duty Fees) that occurs please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this take is totally out of our hands.

Our shipping partners deliver parcels upon timing stipulated here above. On a rare occasion, there are delays and delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames. If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.)

Important Note: Rekonstrux is not liable to any undelivered or missing parcel if the status on the tracking system states, ‘Item Delivered’. Please contact your local post office to enquire on your shipment with the tracking code that has been provided by DHL to you in our fulfilment email.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us so that we can assist you with it immediately. If you received damaged item(s), do contact us immediately at email@example.com, within 48 hours after delivery has been made.
Our 30 days return policy will be based on the date of your order invoice. We are sorry to inform you that once 30 days have gone by since your purchase, refund or exchange request will not be entertained.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ship the return item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and not liable for any undelivered or lost return item.
We strongly believe in our remedy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the results from Rekonstrux, we will process your refund after we have received the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase.

If the refund is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 – 14 days. An email will be sent to you once we have issued you a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you have yet to receive a refund, follow the steps below:
1. Reconfirm by checking your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
3. If you’ve done all the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you further.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, refunds are not applicable for sales item.
